At Khet2Kitchen Organics, we deal in consumable food products such as cold-pressed oils, A2 ghee, and natural sweeteners. Due to the perishable nature of these products, returns are accepted only under specific conditions.
Our return policy is valid for 24 hours from the time of delivery. If 24 hours have passed since delivery, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or replacement.
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused and unopened
The product must be in its original packaging
Proof of purchase must be provided
Clear photos or videos of the issue must be shared
Food items that have been opened, used, or tampered with cannot be returned.

Product damaged during transit
Wrong product delivered
Leaking or tampered packaging
Expired product delivered
Please do not send your purchase back without contacting us first for approval.
Refund Process
Once your complaint is received and inspected, we will notify you via email or phone regarding approval or rejection of your refund or replacement request.
If approved:
Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
The amount will be credited to the original method of payment
For COD orders, refunds will be processed via UPI or bank transfer
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
Check your bank account again
Contact your bank or payment provider
Allow some processing time

Sale Items
Only regular priced items may be eligible for refunds. Sale or discounted items are non-refundable unless received damaged or defective.
Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. For exchanges, email us with your order details and supporting proof.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order or before dispatch, whichever is earlier. Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled.
Return Shipping
If a return is approved, we will provide return instructions. In eligible cases, we may arrange pickup from your address.
If the return is due to our error, return shipping costs will be borne by us.
If the return is for any other valid reason, the customer may be responsible for shipping costs.
