• All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
• Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.
• During high order volumes, processing may take slightly longer. If there is a significant delay, we will notify you via email or phone.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, courier delays, or government restrictions.
Shipping charges (if applicable) will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
We may offer free shipping on select products or during promotional campaigns.
Once your order is shipped via Shipmozo, you will receive a tracking ID via SMS or email.
You can use this tracking ID to monitor your shipment status in real time.

We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

Currently, we ship only within India. International shipping is not available at this time.
